Store Pickup

You are welcome to pick up your order from our store:

Pet Cater Pickup – By Appointments only

 (Saturday from 1 pm – 5:30 pm).

*Please allow at least 24 hours to prepare your order.

** Call/Text us 30 minutes before your scheduled time to confirm your pick-up.

There is no minimum order amount required for pick-up.

Please place your pet food order in advance through this website, and schedule your pick-up time when you place your order. Our online scheduler will show you the available times.

We do not hold your order if you miss your pick-up date. Only customized orders will hold for a 7 day grace-period past your scheduled pick-up date with charge a $20/week storage fee.

To maintain the quality and integrity of the Products, you should immediately remove the food from the box and place in the freezer. From the time of pickup, the condition and consumption of the Products are solely at your risk, and you are solely responsible for the proper handling, preparation, storage, use and consumption of the Products upon delivery.

Our food will stay good in your refrigerator for up to 3 days. Our food will stay good in your freezer for up to 1 year.

Our New Pick-up Location!

Important Details Ahead

We would like to inform you that from 03/06/2022 our pick-up operations will be relocated at

1101 S. Winchester Blvd., Ste O-283, San Jose, 95128

The new location provides us bigger and more comfortable parking space. Our phone numbers remained unchanged. Our website has been updated with the new address, and from there you can access Google Maps to see exactly where we are and obtain traveling directions.
